Shipping & Returns

Shipping of products can vary. We do our best to get products to customers on a timely manner.  Products that are shipped directly from Haiti or imported from outside of the country  may take a little longer to arrive.  Those products shipped from our Atlanta warehouse may arrive sooner then international shipments.

Products that are approved to be return from can be sent back to our warehouse in Atlanta.  Products purchased directly from vendors in Haiti, will have to abide by return policies set by the vendor/seller

Between buyers and vendors

Disputes between buyers and vendors will be mediated by the Haispot Team and decisions will be taken by the Haispot Team with regard to the Haispot General Policy. 

Between vendors and Haispot

Disputes between vendors and Haispot will be treated according to the present terms and conditions. After repeated disputes with suppliers, vendors might be removed from the Haispot or might not be able to ship their products directly to the suppliers in order for the Haispot to be able to follow every order fulfilment. 

For any disputes that those terms and conditions and the Haispot general policies for buyers are unable to solve, we’ll refer to the U.S. laws on e-commerce.
